Federal land squatters

I found this map to be very interesting.  It shows all the states and what percentages of land the Federal Government owns in each one.

And as Lew points out, most of that land is just being squatted on, what use is it being put to?  Just think of the revenue that could be generated from selling that land and be made into a multitude of useful profit earning purposes.
